How to Prepare?
Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment Care Instructions
Pre-Treatment Care
- Don’t consume a large or heavy meal within 1 hour of receiving treatment.
- Shave area of treatment the night before treatment in order to ensure the electrodes adhere to skin properly
Post-Treatment Care
- Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, at least 2 liters or 64 ounces of water.
- Avoid working out the same muscle within 24-48 hours of treatment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Possible Side Effects
These are the most common side effects that patients usually experience after undergoing the treatment:
Soreness such as can be expected with excessive natural exercise.
Slight redness following the removal of the applicators is normal and will typically disappear in 15-20 minutes.
Isolated cases of skin irritation may occur at the site of applicator placement following long-term application.
