What you should know
Are treatments available when I want them?
Yes, Members have control over their treatment schedule. As a member, you have 24/7 access to your MO portal to book any treatment you like, all for the same monthly membership.
Unlike other MedSpas that have long wait times for their top treatments, MO limits their number of members so that every Member has every treatment available to them every week. Even better, there are many days that have same-day treatments available. If you find that your schedule freed up, you can book same day and come to MO for your treatment.
How Many Treatments Can I Book at Once?
Select 2 Members can book their 2 treatments at any time, even back to back.
Select 4 Members are allowed to book 4 treatments at a time every month, even back to back.

What Are the Monthly Membership Costs?
***Activation Fee – $299
Upon selecting your initial Membership Level, you will be charged a one-time $299 activation fee. This is only charged when activating a membership, not when changing Membership Levels.
***Monthly Memberships:
Select 2 – $349/mo
Select 4 – $549/mo
Select 8 – $749/mo
***Monthly Billing Date:
Members are conveniently billed on the first of each month to the card they attach to their account. It’s that simple.
***Changing Member Access Levels:
You may change your Membership Level at any time. If you are upgrading your access level, you will be charged the difference in membership cost at the time of the change and your new Membership Level will also be available at time of change.
If you are downgrading your Membership Level the new monthly membership will be charged on the 1st of the next month. Your new access level will also begin on the 1st of the next month.
***Convenience Fee:
This is a fee charged for the credit card company’s processing fee.
Is there a membership contract?
No. There are no term contracts, you may cancel at any time. Returning canceled members may be placed on a waitlist before reactivation.
Upon membership cancellation, all appointments will be canceled and returning canceled members must pay the $299 Re-Activation Fee.
What is the MO Portal and How Do I Book Appointments?
The MO Portal is a custom online portal that puts members in control.
Booking appointments is very easy:
